Realtor Referral Gratification Program

At 512 Home Remodel, we put great value in our relationships with buyers' agents, and we are always soliciting the cooperation of licensed Realtors® in referring our company. We are pleased to offer qualified Realtors® a referral fee of 1,2 and 3 percent of the final Agreement sales price on all qualified Realtor® referral buyers in a calendar year rotation. We typically pay commission at the first construction draw, which is normally when the first deposit is done. To qualify for the 512 Home Remodel Realtor® Referral Gratification Program the buyers’ agent must submit a completed Client Registration Form.
